Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Conditions

Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing, production, or shipping.

Because many of our products are customized and made-to-order, once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Request Time

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

All cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status at the time we receive your request.

3. Cancellation Outcome

• If the order has not yet been processed, we will review and confirm the cancellation
• If the order is already in production or shipping, the cancellation request may not be approved
• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
