This website is operated by Jenn Print House. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Jenn Print House.

By accessing this website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Section 1 – Products

We offer physical customized products, including embroidered and personalized items.

We make every effort to display product images, embroidery details, and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors, stitching, placement, or minor details may vary depending on your device settings, materials, and handmade production variations.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, slight variations are considered normal and part of the customization process.

Section 2 – Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days
  • Customized and embroidered products may require additional production time
  • Once an order enters processing or production, changes may not be possible

Customers are responsible for ensuring that personalization details, names, sizes, and shipping information are entered correctly before placing an order.

Section 3 – Shipping and Delivery

After processing, orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners.

  • Estimated shipping time: 7–15 business days
  • Total delivery time: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • customs clearance
  • carrier delays
  • holidays or peak seasons
  • weather conditions
  • other unforeseen logistics issues

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Section 4 – Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing or production.

Because many products are custom-made, cancellation requests submitted after production begins may not be approved.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Approval depends on the order status at the time of the request.

Section 5 – Returns and Refunds

We review all return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Requests may be accepted if:

  • The item is not delivered
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item is significantly different from the approved design or product description

Customers may be required to provide photo or video evidence.

Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidered products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer errors such as incorrect personalization details, sizing choices, or change-of-mind purchases.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Section 6 – Product Issues

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, revision, store credit, or refund.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including images, embroidery designs, graphics, logos, product mockups, and text) belongs to Jenn Print House.

Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Section 8 – Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the website.

Jenn Print House is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Section 9 – Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.
