All products are physical customized items, including embroidered and personalized products, and are prepared after an order is placed.

- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
- Customized products may require additional production time depending on design complexity and order volume
- Once an order enters production or shipping, it may not be modified or canceled
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details and shipping information before completing checkout.
3. Shipping and Delivery Time
After processing, orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners.
- Shipping time: 7–15 business days
- Total delivery time: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
