Return and refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Jenn Print House website. Our store is owned and operated by Jenn Print House.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Section 1 – Return Eligibility

We review all return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Our store sells customized and made-to-order products, including embroidered and personalized items. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific circumstances.

Customers may be eligible for a return or refund in the following cases:

  • The item is not delivered within the expected timeframe
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item received is significantly different from the approved design or product description
  • The package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier
  • The item arrives damaged during shipping

To submit a request, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue. Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.

Please note:

  • Minor variations in embroidery placement, thread color, or handmade details may occur and are not considered defects
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error caused by our store

Section 2 – Request Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Section 3 – Refund Process

If a request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • All requests are subject to verification of order details and the reported issue

Section 4 – Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Section 5 – Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team

Section 6 – Product Support

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement product, revision, or another appropriate solution.
