Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through the Jenn Print House website. Our store is owned and operated by Jenn Print House.

By placing an order, you agree to the cancellation terms below.

1. Cancellation Conditions

Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing, production, or shipping.

Because many of our products are customized, embroidered, or made to order, once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Request Time

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

All cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status at the time we receive your request. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.

3. Cancellation Outcome

If the order has not yet entered processing or production, we will review the request and confirm whether the cancellation can be approved.

If the order is already in processing, production, or shipping, the cancellation request may not be approved.

If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
